The room was great-sized with 2 windows, a good sized bathroom, for instance, just what was needed. The location was convenient, by the sea, it's a plus.

The breakfast was excellant with plenty of dishes. Bed was very exceptionally comfortable, room was big and spotless. The location was stunning, close enough to a working farm and the cliffs. Again, the hotel was 5 minutes by car from Bicton Park Botanical Gardens.

The hotel met requests, I would come here again. Everything here was excellent, and the weather was wonderful, greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast was lovely, wonderful with proper mushrooms. The staff was really friendly, the room was bright and huge. The location was countryside, near Sidmouth, Ladram Bay and Budleigh Salterton as well as Ladram Bay. Also, Sidmouth Beach was 4 km away.

Our stay here was relaxing, brilliant base for exploring Sidmouth. Large units with mini fridge, toiletries, for example, and the staff were very amiable. The location was lovely for exploring this local area, near Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, the working farm, and hill. Besides, Jacobs Ladder was 3 km away from the venue. We truly enjoyed staying 3 nights here.
